We are proud to say that majority of our service calls are completed in the same
day that they are called in. All of our service vehicles are equip with state-of-the art,
two-way digital communication.
Every service call that we respond to is logged into our computer system. At the touch of
a few buttons, we are able to review the complete service history of each of our
locations. Service is the key to this industry. In simple terms, a malfunctioning machine
is inconveniencing the consumer and not generating us income. Our service department
conducts periodic check-runs. Prior to any service complaints developing, we visit the
sites to make sure things are operating as they should.

Automatic Industries has been in business since 1961. Proudly, in addition to our annual
sales growth, we have maintained greater than ninety percent of our original accounts. We

Each property is different. We survey a potential laundry facility and recommend the
equipment that best meet the properties needs. In addition to modern equipment, we provide
amenities that make the room work. We conduct major construction work to make a facility
operate to its potential and the consumers needs.
